Refund policy

You're in control of your Unplastic orders and subscription. You can cancel anytime, with no fees, penalties, or minimum commitment.

To cancel or request a refund, email us at hello@unplastic.com and we'll take care of it for you.

If you cancel before your next billing date, you won't be charged again and no further orders will be sent. Any orders already processed or shipped before your cancellation can't be refunded, but you're welcome to reach out if anything isn't right and we'll always do our best to help.

Pausing or skipping is also an option if you simply need a break rather than cancelling altogether.
